We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**About the Role:**
In this key position, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to build strong relationships with our existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing a portfolio of high-value accounts.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our target accounts*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and partnerships*
* Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets*
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services*
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field*
* 10+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the fluid handling industry*
* Strong knowledge of pumps and fluid transfer technologies*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious targets*
