Job Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat support channels.
  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring good customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Meet or exceed quality guidelines set by clients.
Requirements
  • Advanced English level with strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
  • Full-time availability, 44 hours per week.
  • Reside in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo, or Jamundí.
