Job Summary

The People & Talent Coordinator will provide administrative support to a full range of HR services, including HR systems, employee lifecycle, performance management, total rewards, and global relocations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including high-volume onboarding and offboarding.
  • Producing HR documentation and correspondence as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in HRIS systems, including ADP Workforce Now.
  • Providing accurate and clear payroll inputs for processing.
  • Creating and maintaining employee records in Replicon, a time-tracking software.
  • First-level support for all HR support tickets, both internal and external.
  • Maintaining a knowledge base for employee support.
  • Providing general HR administrative support to the global HR team.
  • Assisting with global relocations, including visa procurement.
  • Supporting in-person ad hoc office tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline, with 1+ years of related experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HRIS system administrator experience.
  • Experience working in a global organization.

Additional Details

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification, and Passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Business Solutions in Colombia is required.
  • Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable).
  • Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment.
