Job Summary
The People & Talent Coordinator will provide administrative support to a full range of HR services, including HR systems, employee lifecycle, performance management, total rewards, and global relocations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including high-volume onboarding and offboarding.
- Producing HR documentation and correspondence as required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in HRIS systems, including ADP Workforce Now.
- Providing accurate and clear payroll inputs for processing.
- Creating and maintaining employee records in Replicon, a time-tracking software.
- First-level support for all HR support tickets, both internal and external.
- Maintaining a knowledge base for employee support.
- Providing general HR administrative support to the global HR team.
- Assisting with global relocations, including visa procurement.
- Supporting in-person ad hoc office tasks as required.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline, with 1+ years of related experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- HRIS system administrator experience.
- Experience working in a global organization.
Additional Details
- Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification, and Passport/ID validation.
- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Business Solutions in Colombia is required.
- Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable).
- Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment.
