Job Overview:
We are a dynamic startup seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has basic bookkeeping knowledge and is eager to grow in their career. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position and willing to learn new skills, including advanced software and accounting practices. We are committed to providing training to help you thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties (scheduling, data entry, client communication)
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation)
- Support financial record maintenance and basic payroll activities
- Collaborate with the team on improving administrative and bookkeeping processes
- Learn and adapt to new software and accounting procedures as required
- Other tasks assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge or experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with a startup
- Commitment to long-term employment
