Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ScotiaTech. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the IT Risk Transformation department, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the IT Risk Transformation department, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as arranging for transportation and accommodations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date phone lists, organization charts, and other administrative records.
  • Support the timely and accurate management of expenses for the IT Risk Transformation team and Leadership Team.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including photocopying, printing, and maintaining spreadsheets and reports.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the department as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a standard office-based environment, with flexibility to work outside normal hours as required.
