About the Role: We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth for SpendHound, a leading spend management platform. As a key growth driver, you'll identify and engage with prospective clients to generate interest and meetings for our highly valuable product. Your goal will be to develop skills across a range of modern sales technology tools and work closely with our sales team to refine our messaging and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your outbound sales skills to engage with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders through various communication channels.
  • Generate interest and meetings for our product, which helps clients save time and money on software renewals.
  • Develop skills across a broad range of modern sales technology tools, including Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Work closely with our Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to develop your sales skills and refine our messaging.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • High proficiency in English (C2 level).
  • Successful experience working for a U.S.-based tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets, with a high level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle rejection.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Positive outlook and sound judgment when handling new situations.
