Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at LatamCent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating interest and meetings through a variety of communication channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize outbound sales skills to leverage multiple communication channels to engage with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- High proficiency in English within a business environment.
- Success working for a U.S.-based tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a positive outlook.
