Job Description

Role Summary

This role will play a critical part in our Customer Success Everywhere team, working directly with internal teams to design and implement a digital customer success motion. As a Digital Customer Experience Architect, you will be responsible for creating seamless integrations of customer data across systems, building and maintaining reporting dashboards, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Create a unified view of the customer journey by integrating customer data across multiple platforms
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to provide visibility into key customer success metrics
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to align data needs and ensure accurate, up-to-date insights
  • Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven Experience

Proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, or similar roles, with a focus on integrating customer data across multiple platforms.

Background

Background in working with data visualization tools, CRM systems, and basic SQL skills to build automated reporting and monitor customer engagement metrics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
