About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at LatamCent. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your outbound sales skills to leverage a variety of communication channels, including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messages, to generate interest and meetings with finance, operations, and IT leaders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of our target market.
  • Work closely with our Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to develop and refine our sales strategy and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • High proficiency in English within a business environment.
  • Successful track record of working for a U.S.-based tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a positive outlook.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a growth mindset.
