We are looking for a skilled Digital Customer Success Strategist to join our dynamic Customer Success Everywhere team.

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Digital Customer Success Strategist to design and implement a digital customer success motion to orchestrate an end-to-end customer experience. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to create a seamless post-sale journey for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Experience, or similar roles, with a background in integrating customer data across multiple platforms to create a cohesive, single source of truth for customer interactions.

The successful candidate will have experience working with data visualization tools, CRM systems, and basic SQL skills to build automated reporting and monitor customer engagement metrics. They will also be familiar with scaled communications platforms and have a proven ability to work cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, sales, and product teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and implement best practices from the ground up, contributing directly to our operational success. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Experience, or similar roles.
  • Background in integrating customer data across multiple platforms to create a cohesive, single source of truth for customer interactions.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, CRM systems, and basic SQL skills to build automated reporting and monitor customer engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with scaled communications platforms.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, sales, and product teams.
