Sales Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role involves high-volume outbound calls, emails, and other communications to introduce our products and services, set up targeted weekly appointments, and engage prospects. Your primary goal is to build strong relationships, generate interest, and maintain accurate records of interactions to support our sales team.

About the Job:

  • Establish rapport with prospects through outbound calls, texts, and emails
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and create a positive impression of our products/services
  • Aim to achieve targeted weekly appointments by effectively engaging with prospects and assessing their suitability
  • Present our products/services in a compelling manner to generate interest
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to identify potential opportunities
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest, ensuring ongoing engagement until they are ready for further sales conversations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least one year of experience in inbound or outbound sales, business development, or account management
  • A proven track record of meeting targets and generating leads through outbound communication
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
  • Resilience and persistence when handling rejection
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of various prospects
  • Technical proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum

Location: Remote (Ability to work within specified time zones as needed)
