Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance and Training Manager to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance and training departments, assigning tasks and guiding review processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Align team activities with key performance indicators (KPIs), reduce defects through training and quality monitoring, and develop and implement quality processes.
  • Manage performance, feedback, and budget for quality assurance and training staff, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Approve reports, present quality/training updates, and address complex cases.
  • Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify process improvements.
  • Model culture, collaborate with HR and departments, and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken.
  • Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer).
  • Extensive experience in quality monitoring, training, and leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to manage quality assurance and training departments, preferably in iGaming or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
