Job Description

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance and Training Specialist to join their team in Bogota, Colombia.

Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the QC and Training departments, ensuring activities meet regulatory standards and aligning team efforts with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As a seasoned professional, you will drive service improvements, manage performance, and oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of QC and Training teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead QC and Training departments, assigning tasks and guiding review processes for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure activities meet regulatory standards.
  • Align team activities with KPIs, reduce defects through training and QC monitoring, and develop and implement quality processes.
  • Manage performance, feedback, and budget for QC and Training staff, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Approve reports, present quality/training updates, and address complex cases.
  • Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify process improvements.
  • Model culture, collaborate with HR and departments, and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken.
  • Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer).
  • Extensive experience in quality monitoring, training, and leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to manage QC and training departments, preferably in iGaming or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross-functional project experience.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges within QC and training.
