Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance and Training Manager to lead our QC and Training departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning tasks, guiding review processes, and ensuring activities meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QC and Training departments, assigning tasks and guiding review processes for continuous improvement
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and align team activities with KPIs
  • Develop and implement quality processes, analyze trends, and drive service improvements
  • Manage performance, feedback, and budget for QC and Training staff, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Approve reports, present quality/training updates, and address complex cases
  • Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify process improvements
  • Model culture, collaborate with HR and departments, and ensure compliance with policies
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of QC and Training teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer)
  • Extensive experience in quality monitoring, training, and leadership roles
  • Proven ability to manage QC and training departments, preferably in iGaming or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross-functional project experience
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
  • Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges within QC and training
