We are currently working with a leading B2B solution provider who require a Quality Assurance and Training Manager for their offices in Bogota, Colombia.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the QC and Training departments, assigning tasks and guiding review processes to ensure continuous improvement. This involves ensuring all activities meet regulatory standards, evaluating program effectiveness, and identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will align team activities with key performance indicators (KPIs), reduce defects through training and quality monitoring, develop and implement quality processes, analyze trends, and drive service improvements.

In addition, they will manage performance, feedback, and budget for QC and Training staff, ensuring compliance with standards. They will also approve reports, present quality/training updates, and address complex cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
  • Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer)
  • Extensive experience in quality monitoring, training, and leadership roles
  • Proven ability to manage QC and training departments, preferably in iGaming or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross-functional project experience
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
