Sales Enablement Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Jumio. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping us grow and expand our presence in the market.
About the RoleThe Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for working closely with our sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and information to effectively respond to RFPs and RFIs. This includes creating technical and functional write-ups for our KYX platforms, as well as providing subject-matter responses to our sales team.
You'll also work closely with internal teams, such as Product Management, Marketing, and other Jumio business units, to maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new products. Additionally, you'll collaborate with different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses.
Responsibilities- Manage and complete RFPs & RFIs
- Provide technical, functional, and subject-matter responses to our sales team
- Consult different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other Jumio business units to maintain technical & functional knowledge of existing and new products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficient skills in Spanish
- 3-5+ years of expertise in a technical writing or copywriting-related role
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
