Enterprise Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Enterprise Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and cultivating sales opportunities.
About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a SaaS or B2B consultative sales role, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing multiple client relationships. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach efforts
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet customer needs
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- 2+ years' experience in a SaaS or B2B consultative sales role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
