We are currently seeking a Carrier Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Carrier Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing carriers to fulfill our transportation needs. You will negotiate rates, build relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of goods.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in carrier sales or freight brokerage is preferred. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for logistics and transportation, we encourage you to apply.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Carrier Sales Specialist or similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends
- Experience working with carrier management systems (CMS)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
