Do you have experience as **Sales Operations Specialist** and a very good English level? This is your opportunity.

This key role will be responsible for supporting the sales organization by assisting with the analysis of our sales channel behaviors and data.

Solvo Global is looking a very good in:

- Deliver sales performance and insights to enable Sales Managers and Sales Leadership to make faster, well-informed strategic business decisions.
- Assist with creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports and Analytics within Excel and Salesforce - Provide Ad Hoc Reporting as needed.
- Ability to analyze large sets of Sales Data. Key Area of Responsibility
- Monitor Opportunity, Account and Contact Entry
- Assist Sales Managers with Opportunity, Account and Pipeline Management
- Assist in Analytics Development / Auditing
- Assist with generating payout sheets relating to Sales Commission.

That person should have:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Experience working with large data sets, in a fast-paced customer-service oriented environment.
- Experience with database tools
- CRM software.

This position will work with the Sr. Manager of Sales Analytics and Technology, along with the VP of Sales Strategy. The role will support the sales team across various activities focused on processes, implementation, automation and performance insights. The Sales Operations Specialist must be a highly motivated self-starter with strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday since 8 AM to 6 PM
