About the Job

This is a full-time contract position, and you will be working on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments with our Client Partner team. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM system and tracking key performance metrics such as conversion rates and SLA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound communication channels, including emails, social media messages, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, pain points, challenges, and budget to determine whether they are a good fit for our company's offerings.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings with qualified prospects and coordinate calendars with our Client Partner team.
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but may not be ready to buy immediately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system.
  • Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates and SLA.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development positions.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B companies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Basic sales skills.
  • Resilience and persistence.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong sales acumen.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
