Top Sales Development Representative for Spend Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Top Sales Development Representative to join our team at LatamCent. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying prospective opportunities and engaging with clients through various outbound communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize advanced sales techniques to generate interest and meetings with finance, operations, and IT leaders across the Latin American region.
- Leverage a range of modern sales technology tools, including Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others to streamline the sales process.
- Work closely with our sales development manager, enablement manager, and head of sales to develop and refine sales strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in high-velocity sales environments as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- High proficiency in English (C2 level).
- Proven track record of success working for U.S.-based tech companies selling into Latin American prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to time management.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Resourcefulness and willingness to learn.
- Positive outlook and sound judgment when handling new situations.
- A competitive annual salary of up to $44,000, based on performance, with an estimated $27,000 base and $17,000 variable.
- Fully remote work arrangements within Colombia, providing flexibility and autonomy.
