As a Sales Development Representative with FusionHit, you'll embark on a challenging and rewarding journey to identify, contact, and close new business opportunities within our established Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You'll become an expert in researching the nuances of our customer profiles, allowing you to pinpoint potential clients who are a perfect fit for our services.

We utilize cutting-edge tools like Apollo and LinkedIn to streamline our sales process. In your first week, you'll receive comprehensive training on our sales tools, service offerings, and best practices. As you progress, you'll begin scheduling meetings with potential prospects, with the ultimate goal of consistently exceeding your targets.

What We're Looking For:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR, preferably in the SAAS, Staffing, or IT industry.
  2. A hunter's mentality and expertise in identifying and prospecting into new accounts.
  3. Resilience and the ability to learn from failures.
  4. A competitive nature, driven to excel and push your team to new heights.
  5. High energy and a positive attitude, with the ability to maintain intensity throughout the day.
  6. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  7. A self-starter with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take initiative.
