Business Development Representative for Digital Marketing Agency

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at elev8.io, a digital marketing agency and growth accelerator program for the addiction treatment and mental health care industry.
About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling a consistently high volume of appointments for our clients and ensuring a high meeting show rate. Your main goal will be to schedule appointments with key referral sources, primarily through cold calling, and contribute towards other touchpoints in the sales cadence using templates and marketing data.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule a consistently high volume of appointments for our clients
- Conduct cold calling and engage with prospects to schedule appointments
- Update the CRM with call outcomes and document important information gathered
- Conduct online marketing research on new business leads and explain our solutions to prospects
Requirements:
- English speaking from C2 or above
- 1+ year experience in B2B sales
- Able to listen to prospects, handle objections, and learn industry terminology
- Energized, coachable, and comfortable working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Extremely competitive compensation structure: Base Salary 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 Pesos + Uncapped Commission.
