About the Opportunity

At Puulse Marketing, we are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team and drive growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling techniques to identify potential clients and generate leads for our sales team.
  2. Qualification: Understand the needs and interests of potential clients, and qualify them for follow-up by our inside sales representatives.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions and useful information in our CRM system.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies.
  5. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  6. Team Meetings: Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Work Hours: Ability to work 40-50 hours per week.
  • Criminal Background Check: Selected candidates will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
