Estamos en búsqueda de un Account Executive con experiencia en el sector Prop-Tech o en compañías inmobiliarias en la gestión de cuentas. Formarás parte de una marca especializada en desarrollar y comercializar plataformas para la gestión de procesos inmobiliarios, localización inteligente de puntos de venta, avalúos y gestión de garantías de créditos.

Responsabilidades:
  • Liderar el proceso de ventas completo desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el cierre de acuerdos.
  • Realizar demostraciones de productos, presentaciones y negociaciones con clientes potenciales.
  • Redactar y negociar contratos, asegurando que los términos sean beneficiosos tanto para la empresa como para el cliente.
Desarrollo de Negocios:
  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro del mercado geoespacial.
  • Construir y mantener una sólida red de contactos en la industria.
  • Participar en eventos de la industria, ferias y conferencias para promover la plataforma SaaS de la empresa.
Colaboración Interna:
  • Trabajar estrechamente con los SDRs para calificar leads y asegurar un flujo continuo de oportunidades de ventas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de generación de demanda.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de producto para proporcionar retroalimentación del cliente y ayudar en el desarrollo de nuevas características y mejoras.
Relación con el Cliente:
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con los clientes.
  • Comprender profundamente las necesidades y desafíos del cliente para ofrecer soluciones adecuadas.
  • Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y actuar como punto de contacto principal para cualquier problema o consulta.
Cumplimiento de Objetivos de Ventas:
  • Alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
  • Gestionar y actualizar el CRM con información precisa sobre el progreso de las oportunidades de ventas y el estado de las negociaciones.
  • Preparar informes de ventas y pronósticos para la gerencia.
Conocimiento del Producto y del Mercado:
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las características del producto, las actualizaciones y las tendencias del mercado geoespacial.
  • Educar a los clientes sobre las capacidades y beneficios de la plataforma SaaS geoespacial de la empresa.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Grado universitario en Administración de Empresas, ingeniería o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia previa en ventas preferiblemente en el sector Prop-Tech o en compañías inmobiliarias.
  • Historial comprobado de cumplimiento o superación de objetivos de ventas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Habilidades de negociación y persuasión.
  • Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
  • Familiaridad con tecnologías geoespaciales y soluciones SaaS.
  • Competencia en el uso de herramientas de CRM (por ejemplo, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
