Executive Assistant Position

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description: We are seeking an highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, organizing dinners and events, and occasionally assisting People Operations (HR) with basic tasks. This position will report to Sr. Director, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Liaise with and execute directives from Board of Directors with efficient communication and timely follow-up.
• Organize and maintain documents, files, and correspondence with accuracy and promptness.
• Draft, proofread, and edit executive communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
• Work closely with various departments to facilitate seamless operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management, and Excel for reporting and data organization.
Requirements:
• Over 2+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives and Board of Directors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced features of CoPilot and TEAMS.
• Skilled at navigating fast-paced environments with a strong sense of urgency when needed.
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook for scheduling and email management.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
