About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment for both visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and equipped office space, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements.
  • Act as the face of Swiss Re, greeting visitors, registering them, and facilitating a smooth check-in process.
  • Manage visitor information systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and address office needs to maintain a seamless work environment.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and maintenance requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong administrative skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
