**Job Summary**

Ingepsy is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in a similar role and be able to work independently without close supervision. They should be self-directed, fast learners with strong common sense and problem-solving abilities.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Perform standard EA tasks including scheduling, booking flights/hotels, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist with data entry and basic data analysis to support ongoing projects.
  • Manage and coordinate repetitive administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Provide technical assistance where needed, such as supporting coding, engineering, or design work (experience in these areas preferred).

**Requirements:**

  • At least a year of experience in a similar role.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently without close supervision.
  • Fast learner with strong common sense and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with technical tools, coding, or engineering is preferred.
  • Design skills (such as experience with Adobe Suite or design platforms) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in data entry and analysis is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

**Salary Information:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $1000 - $1500 USD per month, depending on interview assessment and client approval.
