Virtuagym is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Medellin-based team in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development
- Sell Virtuagym's solutions to gym chains and fitness industry leaders in North America
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing activities
- Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and develop strategic plans to drive growth
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Enterprise Marketeer to align sales efforts with marketing activities
- Collaborate with other sales teams to achieve departmental targets
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Preferably software/SaaS experience in the fitness industry
- Graduate with at least a Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native) and fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and persistent personality
- Affinity with the fitness industry is a plus
- A challenging full-time position with great potential for growth and development
- Great freedom and autonomy to take ownership and make decisions
