This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and create new business opportunities through research, calls, and emails.
  2. Lead Qualification: Assess leads and determine their suitability for our products and services.
  3. Outreach and Engagement: Establish effective communication channels to build relationships and schedule meetings.
  4. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within CRM tools.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular updates on KPIs and outreach performance.

Requirements:

  • A High School Degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is not mandatory but is desirable for those with studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, business development, or related roles. Experience in the logistics industry is a plus but not essential.
  • Advanced English skills (C1 or higher) are required.

Benefits:

  • A Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., following the American calendar.
  • An indefinite-term contract.
  • The position is remote, located only in Colombia.
  • A competitive salary of $4,620,000 COP + Commission Plan.
