Role: Customer Support Specialist
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: US $1,000 - 1,500 / month (final offer contingent on client approval and candidate assessment)

Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, chat, and forums
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance products and services
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams with comprehensive details
- Monitor and evaluate support metrics to improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct virtual training sessions and create onboarding video tutorials
- Utilize translation tools to assist customers in multiple languages
- Troubleshoot technical issues across different platforms
- Identify and report trends in customer concerns and satisfaction levels
- Stay updated on product features and enhancements
Essential Qualifications:
- Availability to work during EST hours
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn about AI colorization technologies
- Experience with video conferencing and professional communication
- Access to a high-definition webcam and a suitable professional environment for video calls
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Discord, Trello, Zoom)
- 3+ years of experience in customer service roles
- Experience with AI writing tools
- Technical knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems
- Background in customer service
