Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service in a rapidly expanding startup focused on AI-driven photo editing technology. This role involves interacting with a diverse customer base and significantly contributing to the enhancement of user experiences.

Role: Customer Support Specialist
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: US $1,000 - 1,500 / month (final offer contingent on client approval and candidate assessment)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, chat, and forums
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams with comprehensive details
  • Monitor and evaluate support metrics to improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and create onboarding video tutorials
  • Utilize translation tools to assist customers in multiple languages
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across different platforms
  • Identify and report trends in customer concerns and satisfaction levels
  • Stay updated on product features and enhancements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Availability to work during EST hours
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Eagerness to learn about AI colorization technologies
  • Experience with video conferencing and professional communication
  • Access to a high-definition webcam and a suitable professional environment for video calls
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Discord, Trello, Zoom)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service roles
  • Experience with AI writing tools
  • Technical knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems
