Global Operations Support Specialist for Latin America

Mondelez International, a company that leads the future of snacking, is seeking an experienced Global Operations Support Specialist to join its Wacam team in Bogota, Colombia.

As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end processes associated with internal and external recruiting and onboarding, ensuring seamless operations across our region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing case management tools to track hiring manager requests to completion and execute onboarding processes.
  • Working with external vendors to ensure candidate processes comply with Mondelez internal policies.
  • Following up with candidates to provide supporting documentation and signed contract documentation required for hiring.
  • Maintaining constant communication with vendors on the progress of background checks and escalating cases to leadership as necessary.
  • Coordinating pre-first day activities with Hiring Managers and communicating first day logistics to new employees.
  • Processing referral bonuses for Mondelez employees.
  • Ensuring data integrity of new employee records in Workday to avoid data issues in our HR systems.
  • Providing guidance and tracking the accuracy of new hire information in the Workday system.
  • Supporting ticketing, laptop requests for new employees, and the contractor-to-employee conversion process.
