A Senior HR Generalist Role at TaskUs: If you're looking to be part of a company that is transforming the game for some of the world's most notable brands and disruptive companies, this role is ideal for you. As an integral part of the HR team, you will assist with Employee Relations and special projects. We look for individuals who constantly strive for excellence in both their personal and professional lives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
- This role involves improving manager and employee performance and experience by identifying problems and evaluating potential solutions.
- You will oversee and complete special projects, including setting timelines, coordinating with appropriate parties, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling transactions.
- You will prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by maintaining awareness of existing and new legislation, anticipating, enforcing, and advising management on needed actions.
- You will ensure all new hires are properly onboarded with a focus on a ridiculously good new hire experience.
- Review and file new hire paperwork, including I-9 documentation.
- Track and administer employee leave, including but not limited to FMLA, Military, and Disability leaves.
- Administer our Employee Satisfaction Survey.
- Address any employee relations, employee concerns, and/or disciplinary or performance issues as they arise.
- Manage documentation in personnel files.
- Conduct exit interviews as needed.
- Update/revise employee policies and procedures as required by law or necessary for the business.
- Maintain a positive culture by managing the day-to-day office tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business.
Compensation and Benefits: Based on your exceptional skills and experience, the estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive industry salaries and additional perks to support your overall well-being.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of direct experience, preferably in hourly population and/or call center environments.
- PHR certification is strongly preferred.
- You must possess strong multitasking abilities, be extremely detail-oriented, and exhibit a high sense of urgency.
- Background in roles requiring customer service and organizational skills is essential.
- Experience with ADP, Oracle HCM, or other HR Information Systems is desirable.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience is required.
Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:
- Office-Based: Barranquilla, Colombia
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
