FP&A Enabler Role

The FP&A Enabler will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions within TaskUs. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget and forecast
  • Preparing, reporting, and providing insights on financial performance to management
  • Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
  • Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Tracking and reporting of operational metrics that impact profitability
  • Providing visibility of financial impact of operations metrics
  • Data collection, report design, creation, and dissemination of relevant reports to management
  • Collating, analyzing, and interpreting financial data
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Process Improvements

The FP&A Enabler will also be responsible for identifying and driving process improvements within FP&A. This will involve improving efficiency through standardization of processes, reports, and templates in the Business Finance department.

Financial Advisory & Controllership

The FP&A Enabler will provide analysis of trends and forecasts, perform variance analysis, and recommend actions for optimization. They will also recommend actions to drive profitability by collating, analyzing, and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the FP&A Enabler will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Good communication skills
  • High proficiency in financial modeling, charts, and graphs
  • BPO industry experience
  • 2-5+ years of experience in any of the following roles: Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations in BPO setting, Business Analytics, Business Finance
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
  • MBA is a plus
Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel

The FP&A Enabler will work remotely and may be required to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
