We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Bogota. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, collaborating with our sales teams to drive growth in key market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage sales engagement tools (outreach.io) to generate new customer meetings within your target vertical or account list.
  • Identify and qualify inbound leads, converting them to customer meetings for the sales teams.
  • Manage leads in Salesforce (SFDC), qualifying and dispositioning as needed.
  • Employ creative thinking and AI toolsets to improve outreach and demand generation efforts within your target accounts.
  • Leverage tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Orum to conduct outbound campaigns and develop new prospects.
  • Cold calling and overcoming objections from potential customers.
  • Research prospects to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless lead handoff with a complete profile of information and clear follow-up actions.
