Job Summary

TVS Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for expanding our international network by identifying and onboarding new dealers in regions with limited or no TVS presence. You will also maintain and support existing dealers to strengthen relationships and optimize performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Dealer Onboarding and Support

Identify and onboard new dealers in regions with limited or no TVS presence. Maintain and support existing dealers to strengthen relationships and optimize performance.

Sales and Support

  • Sales and Technical Support

Present and sell TVS products and services to potential customers and partners. Provide technical support and explain the basics of tuning and specific modifications offered by TVS.

Strategic Growth

  • Market Analysis and Expansion

Contribute to strategic plans for international growth. Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion.

Customer Management

  • Customer Relationship Management

Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Actively follow up on leads and provide effective after-sales service.

Training and Knowledge Sharing

  • Training and Development

Organize and conduct training sessions for dealers and customers on TVS Engineering products and services. Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the automotive tuning sector.

Administrative Tasks

  • Reporting and Data Management

Maintain sales reports and customer data. Prepare quotes and contracts in collaboration with the internal team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Performance Tracking

Track performance based on the number of new dealers appointed, customer satisfaction scores, and sales growth.

Reporting Structure

  • Reporting Line

Report directly to the Sales Director.

Tools and Systems

  • Crm Software and Sales Tools

Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.

Team Collaboration

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, technical support, and product development to ensure cohesive efforts and optimal results.
