About the RoleAs our Expansion Manager for Latin America, you'll be responsible for establishing and growing CloudFactory's presence in this dynamic market. You'll develop a workforce expansion strategy, build strong relationships with local community organizations, oversee contractor recruitment, manage client pilot programs, and ensure a successful launch and ongoing growth of our business in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify client needs, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment related to CloudFactory's services and contractor hiring in Latin America.
- Develop a comprehensive market entry strategy, including a business plan, sales & marketing plan, operational setup, and a robust contractor recruitment strategy.
- Identify and recruit a high-performing team to support our local operations and a network of qualified contractors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Latin America, including government agencies, industry associations, potential clients, and contractor pools.
- Build brand awareness for CloudFactory in Latin America.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and compliant business practices for both internal staff and contracted workforce.
- Design, manage, and analyze pilot programs for clients, demonstrating the value proposition of CloudFactory's services and paving the way for their full-scale expansion into Latin America.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business expansion in Latin America, ideally within the workforce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing businesses in new markets.
- Strong understanding of the global workforce solutions market, contractor management best practices, and current trends in Latin America.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for building successful teams.
