About the RoleAs our Regional Growth Strategist for Latin America, you will be a key player in establishing and growing CloudFactory's presence in this dynamic region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough market research to identify client needs, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment related to CloudFactory's services and contractor hiring in Latin America.
- Developing a comprehensive market entry strategy, including a business plan, sales & marketing plan, operational setup, and a robust contractor recruitment strategy.
- Identifying and recruiting a high-performing team to support our local operations and a network of qualified contractors.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in Latin America, including government agencies, industry associations, potential clients, and contractor pools.
- Building brand awareness for CloudFactory in Latin America.
- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and compliant business practices for both internal staff and contracted workforce.
- Designing, managing, and analyzing pilot programs for clients, demonstrating the value proposition of CloudFactory's services and paving the way for their full-scale expansion into Latin America.
- Tracking key metrics and reporting on progress towards achieving expansion goals, including contractor recruitment targets, client acquisition, and pilot program results.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business expansion in Latin America, ideally within the workforce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing businesses in new markets.
- Strong understanding of the global workforce solutions market, contractor management best practices, and current trends in Latin America.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for building successful teams.
