The Impact of a Customer Adoption Manager at Coupa:

The Customer Adoption Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers. You will lead a team of professionals who work closely with Coupa customers globally to increase adoption, maximize value, and drive best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Adoption Management team, ensuring the development of the team and delivery of services to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Global Customer Adoption Team to ensure proper alignment and delivery approach to Coupa customers.
  • Work closely with North America Customer Adoption Leadership and team to ensure aligned approach on customers.
  • Coach and develop the Customer Adoption Team, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of customer engagements, managing the Customer Adoption process using strong project management practices.
  • Develop standard processes within your areas of expertise and champion their adoption.
  • Engage customers in strategic business discussions, driving them towards their goals.
  • Provide a strong technical understanding of our platform, discussing and demonstrating how it can meet a customer's business needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing, and Category Management.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • English fluency.
  • Experience with Software as a Service is a must.
  • Good background in customer/client management.
  • Strong communication skills, including professional writing skills, verbal skills, and experience presenting to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
