About the Role:
Coupa is seeking a highly skilled Customer Adoption Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Adoption Management (CAM) team and ensuring the development of the team to deliver exceptional services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the CAM team, focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the Global CAM Team to ensure proper alignment and delivery approach to Coupa customers, and work closely with North America CAM Leadership and team to ensure an aligned approach on customers.
- Process Development: Develop standard processes within your areas of expertise and champion their adoption, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Project Management: Manage CAM engagements with customers using strong project management practices, developing solutions to business problems and ensuring accurate adoption of the Coupa platform.
- Customer Success: Take ownership of customer continued success, ensuring accurate adoption of the platform and engaging customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics.
- Technical Expertise: Provide a strong technical understanding of the Coupa platform, with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer's business needs.
