Customer Adoption and Change Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Adoption and Change Management Consultant to join our Services Delivery team at SoftwareOne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the successful adoption and expansion of Microsoft 365 across our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Microsoft 365 Adoption: Utilize proven Adoption and Change Management methods to drive user adoption and ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Identify New Opportunities: Proactively identify new workloads and expansion opportunities to drive business growth and customer value.
- Develop Adoption Strategies: Collaborate with customers to develop tailored adoption strategies that meet their unique business needs and goals.
- Provide Guidance and Coaching: Offer expert guidance and coaching to customers on Adoption and Change Management best practices, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Monitor and Analyze Adoption Metrics: Analyze adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to customers, enabling data-driven decision making and optimization of their Microsoft 365 adoption strategies.
- 2+ Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting services, with a strong background in Adoption and Change Management.
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 technology and its applications.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced English Proficiency: B2 level minimum.
- Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or related fields.
