- Customer Success Leadership and Strategy: Align customer objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account, and develop bookable programs of work to drive customer success.
- Delivery and Program Management: Support the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritization of engagements, and engagement with key technical stakeholders to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities.
- Adoption and Retention: Meet consumption milestones, track adoption and usage of Microsoft products and services, and work with customers to identify areas where adoption could be improved.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, and 4+ years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
- Professional level fluency in English and Spanish.

- 3+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry.
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification in relevant technologies.

- Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Prosci or equivalent certification.
