About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations. Your expertise will drive our culinary offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our F&B product offerings, catering services, and amenities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective menus, wine lists, and beverage programs that exceed customer expectations
  • Lead the selection, training, and development of employees to ensure excellent service standards are met
  • Maintain relationships with regular guests and cultivate new relationships through effective marketing activations
Requirements
  • Internationally versed with multi-venue experience
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous international opening experience in free-standing or lifestyle restaurant operations
  • Excellent people skills, aiming towards the highest quality, driven by creativity, latest trends, and changes in the market
