About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead our operations team in Cartagena. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food & Beverage and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
  2. Monitor and review financial reports, analyze results, and take corrective action when necessary.
  3. Ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and adhere to company standards.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
  5. Directly supervise the Director of Rooms and Director of Food and Beverage.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager with a degree in hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong F&B background and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
