Job Purpose

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to bridge the gap between Client Managers and business experts, crafting compelling proposals for our clients by setting up internal machinery for success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage project management for Opportunities within our Sales and Customer pipeline.
  2. Develop value-based selling propositions by pulling in relevant subject matter experts.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate entry of important information in relevant systems.
  4. Support contract creation, administration, and negotiations.
  5. Assist Sales and Client Success with customer communications.
  6. Oversee necessary administrative tasks related to clients.
