Sales Development Manager

Trans-Pro Logistics is a leading 3PL company seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating sales strategies, leading our sales team, and ensuring they have proper training, mentorship, and motivation to reach their KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets
- Train new employees in successful sales techniques
- Analyze sales statistics to determine the performance of salespeople
- Track KPIs of sales and monitor employees
- Communicate with customers, department heads, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Professional level English, both spoken and written
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a fast thinker, dynamic, and charismatic personality
- Strong sales abilities, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Leadership & Management skills
- Results Oriented
- Team Management
- Previous work experience in a 3PL
What We Offer:
You will be working with a dynamic team to sell Trans-Pro's full scope of services. You will support the team to negotiate with shippers and carriers across North America and Mexico, ensuring an optimal level of service and profit maximization. You will also help the team sort out client issues and leave them delighted in the end.
This is a permanent full-time position, and you will be required to work at the office (work shift from M-F: 8 am to 5 pm). Salary: 3,000,000 to 4,000,000 COP. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
