Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading Doctoralia's commercial team by establishing strategies and driving team performance. This includes achieving sales targets for the country, both in individual sales and clinic agenda.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure commercial targets are met by the sales team.
  • Manage the commercial team, monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Develop strategies with the team to achieve results.
  • Track the pipeline generated by the team.
  • Train Team Leaders to ensure results are achieved.
  • Certify and ensure the commercial team uses sales tools throughout the process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial teams and mid-level management.
  • Proven track record of results.
  • Transferable industries (startups, fintech, fast-paced environments).
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience with CRM management.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables and more).
  • Living in Bogotá or nearby areas.
