Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Colombia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business growth objectives in Colombia
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track industry trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and industry partners
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
