Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Docplanner. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business in Colombia from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Colombia;
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and track industry trends;
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to healthcare providers;
  • Collaborate with other Business Units to create a unique value proposition in the market;
  • Lead negotiations and finalize product and commercial partnerships with key players in the healthcare industry;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within enterprise clients;
  • Execute consultative sales processes and propose our services accordingly;
  • Build a high-performance team as the business grows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a similar major;
  • Leadership experience and ability to inspire and guide people to achieve their best;
  • Strategic thinking and ability to formulate business strategies and make informed decisions;
  • Analytical skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw actionable insights;
  • Extensive experience in selling technical solutions in complex organizational structures;
  • Knowledge of SaaS B2B and ability to communicate effectively with different audiences;
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to identify problems and develop relevant solutions;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships and persuade stakeholders;
  • Team management skills and ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams;
  • Self-driven and motivated to exceed expectations and set and achieve goals.
