Position Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to drive digital marketing efforts for a B2B e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate has a solid background in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. You will be responsible for managing multiple marketing channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and company goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute search engine strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Plan and optimize campaigns for blog content, email lists, and social media channels to engage B2B customers and drive conversions.
- Work closely with sales, editorial, and website development teams, and manage external agencies and contractors.
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Maximize marketing performance within budget constraints, continually improving ROI.
Qualifications :
- Proven success in B2B e-commerce, specially in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channels.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Python and / or SQL is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves :
- Experience in B2B e-commerce, specially in a need-based industry like fire supply.
- Ability to bring fresh ideas, with potential to grow into a Marketing Manager role.
- Strong focus on SEO and SEM marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with driving sales through SEO / SEM in a B2B context.
